Access your Keepit dashboard from any web browser on any device. Here you'll find an overview of your connector information. Taking a look at your M365 connection, you can see your 2,229 users, 36 groups and 65 sites under protection. You also have the ability to access a compliance report, backup job statistics and recovery jobs related to M365. Let's look at an example of the Keepit dashboard while backup and recovery are in progress. Your Keepit dashboard also shows the status of any backups in progress. Your recent recovery jobs and all your backups are in progress. Your Keepit monitoring dashboard helps you understand how your data has grown and changed over time. You first see a view as to how your snapshot has grown over time. Then, information around item count and data size. And finally, how that item has changed. Dig further into how your data has changed with the data compare view. From the connectors screen, choose compare snapshots. Then, choose the date from which you'd like to view a comparison. In this example, you see the components of M365 which have been modified or deleted. To look into the details behind this, simply click into the status. Now, you can analyze the folders in which modifications were made. Even moving down into the subfolders and items themselves, where you can view or restore. The M365 is now in progress.
